"Ebook Fix Tool" Resell Rights Agreement
1.
You are free to sell the Product at any price you
decide.
However I reserve the unilateral right to revoke the
license of any licensee, if that licensee is found
to be selling it at a price below the suggested selling
price of $19. The only limitation is that your customers of this tool have to send a mail to xpfix@imopartners with the subject line "Subscribe" to get their personal login details.
2.
You may change the website sales letter in any way that you want as long as the
copyright information remains intact and you do not misrepresent the product,
its offer or its author.
3.
You MUST sell the tool BY ITSELF as a stand alone
product. You cannot include it in any other
"package" deal. However, you MAY add
bonus items to the tool as long as they do not overshadow
the main tool itself. You may also package the Ebook
Fix Tool as a bonus item to your own product, provided
your product`s selling for at least $67.
4.
You MAY NOT sell this product at any online auction,
including, but not limited to, eBay.com. It must be
sold from your own website.
5.
You MAY NOT market this product in any immoral or
unethical manner, including UCE - unsolicited commercial
email, also known as SPAM.
6.
You MUST setup this product for order processing on
your own webpage. Please DO NOT send any of
your customers to my download location. Everything
must be hosted at your own website and orders processed
from there. I do not provide instructions for setting
your site up.
7.
You MAY NOT authorize other people to sell
the product. You cannot grant resell
rights to others. If your customers want to
sell the product, then they must purchase a license
directly from imopartners.com. You may sell
the product, but not resell rights.
8.
Any violation of this agreement will be subject to
a revoking of this license in which case all monies
paid will be forfeited.
This constitutes the entire license
agreement. Any disputes or terms not discussed
in this agreement are at the sole discretion of Dirk Wagner. |
